Administrative assistant
The Key to the Office
Are you good with people? The Administrative Assistant is usually the first person clients have contact with at Keller Williams Realty. They must be upbeat and service oriented!
This person is often the first person clients have contact with at Keller Williams Realty, therefore a friendly professional manner is a must. This position requires competence with computers, faxes, email, multiple line phone system, and the Internet. Organizational abilities are very important in keeping the office run smoothly.
Behavior Profile: Task-oriented, organized, pays attention to details, systematic, likes structure. Responsible, dependable and trustworthy. Consistent, follows procedures and work well under pressure.
Skills: Communication, organization, good problem solver. Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases and internet software). Bookkeeping skills are an advantage; ability to work with numbers is important.
Experience: Administrative and/or secretarial assistant to sales or business executives. Significant computer training and/or experience. Real Estate License is an advantage but not required. Experience as an agent's assistant, mortgage processor or legal assistant beneficial.
Listing Specialist/Coordinator:
Enjoy working with people? The Listing Specialist/Coordinator is responsible for the initial contact with the client when listing a property.
This position is responsible from the initial contact with client when listing a property. This person will follow the listing until it is sold. Listing Specialist/Coordinator will: prepare listing packages, complete the listing contract, arrange photographs of property, put information in the MLS, arrange showings and initiate the closing process. Position is responsible for marketing plan, pricing strategy and educating the seller about the process, protecting and negotiate for the sellers interest.
Behavior Profile: Assertive, outgoing, organized, ambitious, productive. Confident, result-oriented, accountable and goal driven.
Skills: Strong selling, presenting and negotiating skills. Good with prospecting and lead follow-up. Customer service abilities. Marketing and graphic design.
Experience: Track record of high performance in real estate or other commission-based sales. Administrative work and/or customer service experience. Associates or bachelors degree, Real estate license and/or experience and advantage. Knows local area and has a personal network of contacts.
Buyer specialist:
Enjoy working on a team? Work with Real Estate agents and their buyer leads as part of a Mega Agent team.
This position is responsible for following up with the leads they receive and prospecting for Buyers. A Buyer Specialist must research properties on the MLS systems, preview properties, show properties to qualified clients, and help them evaluate and compare homes.
This person is also responsible for writing up, presenting, and negotiating offers. In this position you must schedule and attend training sessions.

Skills: High rapport building and communication skills. A great listener and interactively adaptable. Research and organization of information. Computer skills (database, MLS and Internet). Proven to do consistent follow-up and follow-through.
Experience: Real estate license required. Business experience in sales and/or service. Excellent knowledge of the local area and real estate market beneficial.
Lead coordinator:
Licensed person who wants to apply the MREA formula to growing leads for the team Lead conversion opportunities form the streams of leads coming to the team

Sales associate:
Experienced or new sales associate to join our team? Our training will get you started or take you to a higher level of earnings. Only those serious about being true professionals need apply!

This position is responsible for all aspects of the real estate business. The ability to maintain a healthy, positive attitude, will help you achieve what ever success you want. You will be your own team leader, marketing director, listing coordinator, sales coordinator and administrative assistant. A positive win, win attitude is ideal.

Experience:Real estate license required. Excellent knowledge of the local area and real estate market beneficial. Track record of success in sales, business and leadership. Reputation for leadership, teamwork and respect of others.
